The Challenge
The underground event scene has always run on word of mouth, group chats, and flyers. But as events grew, organizers hit the same wall: existing ticketing platforms like Eventbrite weren’t built for them. High fees, restrictive content policies, and zero privacy meant most organizers were stuck cobbling together payment links and spreadsheets.
VibeGate started as a question we kept hearing from the community: why isn’t there a platform built for the events that don’t fit the mainstream mold? Warehouse parties, underground shows, pop-up markets, private gatherings—events where the organizer needs control over their audience data and doesn’t want to hand 10% of every ticket to a platform that adds nothing.
We decided to build it ourselves.
What We Built
Event Creation in Minutes
VibeGate lets organizers create a fully branded event page in under three minutes. No templates to fight with, no mandatory fields that don’t apply. Add your details, set your ticket tiers, and publish. The event page is shareable, mobile-optimized, and ready for promotion immediately.
Privacy-First Architecture
Unlike mainstream platforms that monetize attendee data, VibeGate was built on a fundamental principle: organizers own their audience. Attendee information is never sold, shared, or used for cross-platform advertising. Organizers get their guest list. That’s it. No data harvesting, no “suggested events” spam to their attendees.
Zero-Fee Tier for Small Events
Grassroots organizers running small community events shouldn’t be paying platform fees that eat into already-thin margins. VibeGate’s free tier removes the barrier entirely for small events, making it possible for anyone to run a legitimate ticketed event without overhead. Larger events with premium features move to a straightforward pricing model with no surprises.
